Insertionsvereinbarung

  1. The parties agree to list and publish the online shop named above and its product data on the price comparison platform vergleiche.ch.
  2. For this purpose, the shop provides vergleiche.ch with an online product feed for download, import and publication.
  3. The product feed must be kept up to date and reflect the same prices as published on the shop website.
  4. The listing is subject to a fee based on the number of published products.
  5. This agreement runs for 12 months. It may be terminated with 30 days’ notice to the end of the term. Without termination it renews for another 12 months. Immediate termination for good cause remains reserved.
  6. Supplementary provisions apply. The agreement is governed by Swiss law; place of jurisdiction is Zurich. See also our Terms of Service.
